Need a hand?

Are you open 24 hours?

Yes. The premises offer 24-hour access, every day. You must access and collect your luggage within your booked period. Opening hours do not mean every booking includes 24 hours from your arrival.

How do I open my locker?

You receive an email confirmation after booking. Follow the instructions to enter and open your locker using the QR or numeric code. This is a self-service location, without a staffed reception.

How much does luggage storage cost?

Reference prices start at €4.95 per locker per day. There are also €8.95 and €11.95 daily options. Check the total for your dates and chosen locker size in the booking system before paying.

Which locker size should I choose?

Open ‘Sizes & dimensions’ at the top to see M, L and XL with positioning examples. Measure your luggage including wheels and handles, and compare height, width and depth. The examples do not guarantee that every suitcase will fit. Confirm the matching option in the booking system before paying; if you are unsure, email soporte@lockersole.es.

Can I store bags before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. You can book a locker even if you are not staying nearby. Leave your luggage and enjoy the free hours before you check in or after you check out.
